Atlas markets and sells property on our own behalf and for clients to help them realize optimal returns on their investment. During our evaluation of the specific property or property portfolio, our experienced sales team works with the client to underwrite its value, price the asset, and develop an effective marketing strategy. We will also spend a lot of time doing due dilligence as if we were going to buy the property ourselves so this information is readily available to prospective buyers. Lastly, we represent our clients to negotiate the purchase and sales agreements and ensure the property closes.
