Atlas has formed a close ended $6-8 million opportunity to purchase distressed residential assets in the DFW area to either sell for short-term profit, sell via owner financing, or lease. This fund is designed to be liquidated in 3-5 years with no new investments originated after year three. This fund was launched in early 2010 and has begun acquiring properties.
