Summary of Home Buying Process |
- Pre Qualification Process: A quick background check by our finance manager will be carried out to determine what each home-buyer can afford.
- Select the home that is best for you: Begin relationship with an Atlas sales person whose top priority is engaging his time and efforts into making sure you find and feel comfortable with your perfect home.
- Secure the financing: Once the perfect home has been found, buyer will submit all of their necessary lender required documents to secure a loan (FHA, conventional).
- Final Walk-Through: You will meet with our Project Manager at the house and walk through to confirm all items have been taken care of that were discussed when you negotiated the sales contract.
- Close on the Mortgage Loan: The day of closing you will go to the title company to sign your mortgage loan papers, THEN RECEIVE THE KEYS TO YOUR NEW HOME!!
